Anna University Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) has opened applications for ODL MBA, MCA, and M.Sc (Computer Science) for the 2026 admission cycle.
Follow the steps below to apply successfully.


STEP 1: Open Official Website

Visit the official Anna University CDOE website:

STEP 2: Click on Admission Notification

• Open “ODL Admission – Calendar Year 2026”
• Select your desired course:

  • MBA

  • MCA

  • M.Sc (Computer Science)

STEP 3: Read Eligibility Carefully

Before applying, check eligibility details:

• Verify educational qualification
• Check entrance exam requirement:

  • MBA / MCA – DEET or TANCET 2025 required

  • M.Sc (CS) – No entrance exam required

STEP 4: Online Registration

• Click “Apply Online”
• Enter the following details:

  • Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Mobile Number

  • Email ID

  • Course Details

📧 Use an active email ID and mobile number for updates.


STEP 5: Pay Application Fee

Application Fee: ₹767/- (Including GST)

• Payment modes available:

  • Debit Card

  • Credit Card

  • Net Banking

  • UPI

💳 Complete payment carefully and do not refresh the page.


STEP 6: Download Application Form

• After successful payment:

  • Download the filled application form

  • Take a printout for future reference

Step 1 : Students can create an ABC ID through their Digilocker account.  Digilocker Link
Step 2 : Students can create DEB Unique ID using ABC ID.  DEB Link
Step 3 : Using DEB ID student can register your self.

Steps for Registration
  • Students are encouraged to use latest version of browser
  • Academic Bank of Credits(ABC ID) it is mandatory. Learners can create an ABC ID through their Digilocker account.  How to Create ?
    • Step 1 : Go to DigiLocker Website  Digilocker Link
    • Step 2 : Sign Up DigiLocker
    • Step 3 : Then Sign In DigiLocker , Open the DigiLocker account
    • Step 4 : Search Education - Click view all under Education
    • Step 5 : Select the Academic Bank of Credits service.
    • Step 6 : Select the Create APAAR/ABC ID.
  • How to Create DEB ID? Learners can create a DEB-ID by registering themselves on the DEB portal link: Click Here by using their ABC-ID.
  • Click New User Button
  • Enter the DEB ID
  • Click GET OTP Button
  • We will send the OTP to your Email address
  • Create a unique Password.
  • Don't use the same password used to access your email account / multiple online accounts.
  • Password should have a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 15 characters at least with one number, one special character i.e @ $ # & and a combination of both uppercase & lowercase letters
  • Password is case sensitive.
  • Upload the Photograph and Signature (size less than 20kb and jpg format)
  • Click the Register Button.










                                                                                            Steps to fill the online Application
  • Login with User ID & Password as Registered User.
  • Fill the required details in the application form.
  • Press SAVE Button.
  • You will be directed to a payment gateway through which you will have to pay the application fee(Rs.767/- Including GST)
  • The application fee(Rs.767) is non-refundable
  • The payment gateway will give you options of payment mode - credit card / debit card / net banking / UPI
  • You have to select the mode,enter the details and make the payment
  • If the Payment gateway is busy,it may take some time. Please wait for the process to get over.Don't goback or refresh the page.
  • After successful payment, you will get the filled up application form.
  • Before taking print out, you are requested to view the application by pressing "PREVIEW" Button.
  • If there is any modification required in the data, press "MODIFY" Button. After modification, press "PREVIEW" Button.
  • If all the details are correct,press "PRINT" Button. Kindly take a print out.
  • The printed online application form should be signed and sent along with enclosures to the following address on or before the last date:

    ANNA UNIVERSITY,
    CHENNAI- 600 025.
  • If the amount is deducted from the account and not reflected in your page, wait for 12 hours. Still the problem persists, mail to cdeauadmission@gmail.com / contact 044-22357225 during working hours.
    Don't try to make the payment again !
  • Student should avoid multiple login.
